TMC’s Board of Directors helps to support our growing community of trans and gender-expansive people and their allies, across the US and around the world. We are looking for people who are passionate about advocating for the trans community at a time when places of refuge like TMC are critically needed. We seek individuals who will work to ensure that TMC reaches even more people with our programs, education, and advocacy, and who are committed to creatively nurturing the leadership capacity of trans and gender-expansive people of faith. Serving on the Board of Directors is an invitation to provide guidance, appoint and support the organization’s leadership, and advocate for TMC. Our work is vital to ensuring that the organization’s mission and vision can become a reality.

Transmission Ministry Collective is a community created by and for transgender people to grow in faith, support each other, and heal the world. Our programs focus on community, holistic care, leadership, and education.
Our Mission and Vision
TMC’s mission is to connect and empower trans and gender-expansive people within a Christian context to explore gender and spirituality, share holistic care, and develop as leaders. We also aim to educate and inspire change in broader faith communities. Ultimately, our vision is to cultivate the full spectrum of trans flourishing and build toward a world where all are made free.
