TMC has always prioritized a culture of rest among our team, from flexible work hours to our twice yearly programming breaks. We believe that rest is good, necessary, and an act of resistance in societies where people's worth is often measured by how much they produce. In the past several months, we’ve put some additional policies in place that will ensure our staff and volunteers have the opportunity to practice rest.
