Welcome to a collective created by and for transgender people, envisioning a church and world where all are made free. We’re committed to building community, supporting each other in healing, exploring faith together, and thriving as our whole and truest selves. Whether you identify as a Christian, grew up in Christianity, or are still figuring out your relationship to faith, you’ll find others here to share your journey.
Most of our programs and community spaces are online and accessible from anywhere. From virtual support groups, to a 24-7 chat server, to a network of mutual aid, we’ve got a place for you. We also offer programs for those wishing to practice allyship with their trans siblings, including partners, ministry leaders, and church communities.
We hope that all of what we do makes our full affirmation of trans and gender-expansive people clear, but just in case it needs repeating: Transmission Ministry Collective believes that all gender identities and expressions are sacred and reveal facets of God’s gender-expansive goodness. We also believe that the choices trans people make to pursue medical and/or social transition are holy acts of co-creation with God that should be supported and celebrated.
