General Support Group
A space to connect with other gender-expansive Christians, build community and grow in your faith and gender identity. All trans and gender-expansive folks are welcome, including those who are questioning or exploring their gender!
Every Monday at 12:30pm PT / 3:30pm ET / 8:30pm UTC and Every Thursday at 5pm PT / 8pm ET / 12am UTC (Day +1)
Nonbinary & Gender-Expansive Support Group
Whether you use terms like genderfluid, third gender, Two Spirit, nonconforming, genderqueer, agender, or something else, you deserve a community that understands what it’s like to live beyond the binary. Join in as we celebrate our diversity in language and experience, honor the ways our gender intersects with other parts of ourselves, and move outside restrictive stereotypes.

Trans Experiences of Disability and Chronic Illness Support Group
This is a group for trans and gender-expansive people who are disabled or living with a chronic illness to share, process, and celebrate the many unique ways we experience and embody the incarnational love of God. This space includes those across the spectrum of visible and invisible disability, chronic illness, and neurodiversity.
3rd Monday of the month at 5pm Pacific Time/8pm Eastern Time/12am Weds UTC.
Trans Mystics: Queering Contemplative Practice
This is a group for exploring various contemplative practices and excerpts from Christian Mystics, led by Rowan Rivers, our community spiritual director. It's an opportunity to create sacred space with other trans folks and build our capacity to listen to God within our lives.
4th Monday of the month at 4pm Pacific Time/7pm Eastern Time/11pm UTC.
Trans People of Color Support Group
As trans Christian people of color there are unique challenges and joys that come with living at these intersections. If you’re looking for a place for solidarity, rejoicing, healing, and processing, we’re here for you.
Twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Sundays at 3pm Pacific Time/6pm Eastern Time/10pm UTC.
Trans People in Ministry Support Group
Whether you’re a trans person working in ministry, someone who’s retired or between calls, or you're currently in seminary or divinity school, this is a space for you to process the experience of being a gender-expansive person following a call to Christian leadership.
Every first Tuesday of the month at 5pm Pacific Time/8pm Eastern Time/12am Weds UTC (Day +1).
Transgenerations Support Group
This group is not specifically limited by age, but focuses on experiences common to trans people in middle and elder stages of life, including marriage, children, and retirement.
2nd Tuesday of the month at 5pm Pacific Time/8pm Eastern Time/12am Weds UTC.

Are you a partner of a trans or gender-expansive person processing through their transition? You’re invited to this monthly group alongside other partners with similar questions!

What to know before signing up
Our groups are specifically for people who identify as transgender, nonbinary, genderqueer, as people of transgender experience, or those who are otherwise gender-expansive. The only exceptions are our Gender Exploration Sessions, open to anyone exploring their gender identity, and our Partners of Trans People Sessions, for spouses and partners of trans and gender-expansive people.
Our groups are only open to people age 18 and up. If you’re under 18, check out the faith programming available at Beloved Arise and Affirming Youth Ministries.
Our groups are not a therapy substitute. TMC group leaders are not mental health professionals, and the purpose of this group is to build community and provide a space for sharing and support.
Confidentiality Notice: TMC Groups are semi-confidential. This means we will not share anything said during groups with the broader TMC community, or with anyone outside TMC, without your permission. However, TMC leaders may share important information with others in leadership in order to best support our community. TMC does not participate in non-consensual active rescue, which means we will not call emergency services unless someone directly asks us to, or we believe there is a credible threat to a third party.
